These Terms of Service govern your use of the INVERT CLUB website and your purchase of products from INVERT CLUB.

INVERT CLUB is operated by Alexia Benyamin, sole proprietor, in Ontario, Canada.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Products

INVERT CLUB sells colourful socks and curated mindset bundles designed around movement, self-expression and different energies.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, prices and other information are accurate. However, colours may appear differently depending on your device or screen.

Product availability may change without notice.

2. Prices

All prices on our Canadian website are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors. If an error affects an order you have placed, we will contact you before proceeding where appropriate.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected at the prices and under the terms displayed at checkout.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Your order is accepted when we confirm the order and/or begin processing it.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where permitted by law, including in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, inventory errors or obvious pricing errors.

4. Payment

Payment is processed through the payment methods made available at checkout.

You must provide accurate and complete billing and contact information when placing an order.

We do not store complete payment card information on our own systems.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is available within Canada according to the shipping options displayed at checkout.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be communicated before you complete your purchase.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, weather or other disruptions.

Please review that policy before making a purchase.

Nothing in our return policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

7. Product Defects and Errors

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, incorrect or different from what you ordered, please contact us at hello@invertclub.com as soon as reasonably possible.

Please include your order number and, where appropriate, photographs of the issue so that we can review it and determine the appropriate solution.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the INVERT CLUB website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, product designs, illustrations, branding and other original materials, is owned by or licensed to INVERT CLUB unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publish or commercially exploit our content without our prior written permission.

INVERT CLUB, its branding and related creative materials may also be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.

The Terms applicable to an order will be the Terms in effect when the order is placed, subject to any rights or requirements imposed by applicable law.
